Can you help in getting the document which states that NIC and switch setting should be 100 Mbps/1Gbps full duplex not auto negaotiate, i am running the enivironment in which we have 1 Gbps LAN, NIC
If the system you are having trouble with has GigE on both ends, and you are autoneg, your problem is most likely something else. The 100 Mbps full does not apply. What speeds are you getting on the
