A couple of days is not really useful for an upgrade, so will still recommend to get the improve technote. Support has done our 4 GB in 5.5 hours, which is a more resonable time frame. Our problem wa

It should be possible to upgrade the VBR database to OpsCenter, mind you we havn't had much luck with it so far.   Suggest you get hold of symantec support and get them to give the internal technote
