That is your discretion. What that is telling you is who owned the files when they were packed. If those users don't show up on your system, I would chown them to the user:group that owns /usr/openv.

One thing I see, the installer or the configure procedures for PDDE created a user and group called pddb and only the pddb directory has this owner. I guess I'll wait and see what Symantec has to say
