Not sure if you've done this upgrade already, but... NetWlorker modifies the directory structure after upgrading, so restoring back to the old configuration should have a larger window assigned to it

Before you do the NetWorker upgrade, make sure Windows 2003 is updated and patched on all three boxes. In your environment, it probably would be best at this point to go right to 7.5.1. To sign off
