If these tapes are all in the Default pool, you could create a Scratch pool and label all your old tapes into that. Set the Scratch pool to "Recycle to other pools" and set all tapes in the Scratch p

Note the difference between marking a tape as recyclable and recycling it. If you mark it as recyclable (pre 7.3) you make ALL clones of that save set recyclable. Recycling the tape is better because
