Peter, Right ! You are correct telling the nsr_monitor and nsr_reporter to be started from the bin sub-dir. I never gave it a try to launch it from/as a Windows service. Code is the same as from Unix

I do the batch file for NSR_Reporter but I call it from the Legato client notification so it gets refreshed after each group finishes. I do understand the request for the Monitor to run as a service.
