Are you using nsrjb or NMC to withdraw the tapes? Or, are you using a non-NetWorker command? I would suggest using sjirdtag to verify the contents of the library instead of mminfo, if possible. There

A volume that is in an addressible jukebox. It may not be mounted at the moment, but it can be mounted without operator intervention. An offline volume is not in a jukebox, and cannot be mounted by
