About parsing the .RAW files, you need to use nsr_render_log command to translate logs into an human readable format. check nsr_render_log's manpage or CLI PDF documentation for possible options. Che

I had a similar issue resolved recently by EMC support. The logs were of no help. The fix was to put only the hostname on the Backup command on the client resource instead of the fully qualified host
