In your Legato start up script, simply edit out the server startup line. That will start the client daemons but not the server daemons. When you need that box to be a server, edit the script back. So

The "lgtolmd" is your Legato License Manager daemon. It should be commented out to run Server B as a Storage Node. The "lgtolmd" is the NetWorker Server daemon, and it should also be commented out to
