Hi, No they won't be auto labelled. Once you remove a tape from the media DB NetWorker will not attempt to use that tape for anything. If all you do is remove the index entries for the tape, you have

we use to relable purged tapes into a pool called "free_tapes" and this pool is "recyclable to other pools". So they will be autolabelled to pools that need an empty tape but have none free or recycl
