Yohoo! Another question from me in trying to understand the way BackupPC works. I have a full rsync backup scheduled for one of my hosts. Now the backup is running for hours and nothing is happening.

Ask strace. I know File::RsyncP handles --checksum-seed as it's mentioned in the config file and we're using it, but I think -z might not work. Try again without -z. You can use SSH compression if yo
