A critical missing feature to me is the ability to mirror my BackupPC unit to another unit offsite. The extensive use of hardlinks prevents rsync from being the right solution here. -- Angus S-F // G

Not really - your fulls will most likely take enough longer that it will skew the times the next set start, and your fulls are probably (and should be) running on different days for different machine

You could just bump the FullPeriod and IncrPeriod values up to a bit longer than when you expect your cron-started runs to have finished. That way the scheduler would only start a run if you disable
