bheisser,
I find the following running processes (related to TSM) during a scheduled backup job:
dsmcad.exe
dsmcsvc.exe
This is true for Windows XP (SP2) running TSM Client 5.3.2.0 (my environment for test purposes) letting the TSM Client Acceptor Daemon manage the Client Scheduler (which is default, I think). The first mentioned process identifies the Client Acceptor, the second the Scheduler service (producing heavy CPU load during backup).
Maybe you want to build your own environment for testing and have a close look at the TSM Client during its backup process so you can verify my results.
Hope it helps
Jens
