Hi all,
Has anyone every bumped into a situation where the SQL TDP would change a DB's recovery mode from "normal" to "simple". We see this happening on one of ten databases I back up using the SQL TDP, and managment believes that TSM could be the culprit. I think that's hogwash, but maybe someone else has seen this before? Again, it only happens on one DB, and it happens intermittently.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Sincere thanks,
C.J.

I have managed a lot of TDP for SQL systems, but I have never seen this kind of behaviour.
I even doubt that TSM will be able to change the recovery mode of the database.
