Using MS Access to query TSM Database

What do I need to set-up/install to enable me to query the TSM database using MS Access. What ODBC drivers need to be installed on my Windows 2000 PC.

TSM520C_GA_ODBC_.exe. You can find it the IBM ftp-servers, for example:
