Backup Lotus Notes Database

I have following problem with Domino backup:

When I do backup of Domio databases I got following mesages:



02/21/2005 07:50:34 *** Request being sent to cancel the current command.

02/21/2005 07:50:34 ACD0003S An internal processing error has occurred.

02/21/2005 07:50:34 Backup of names.nsf failed.

02/21/2005 07:50:34 ACD0003S An internal processing error has occurred.



Could you help me?
