env: exchange 2003
fastback 6.1.2
fastback exchange 6.1.2
all the machine are on windows 2003 sp2
all the servers/users are on domain.


i'm having trouble understanding when restoring "exchange public folder". it says that i have to have another proxy server just for doing it. what i dont understand is doing the proxy server part. does this mean i have to create another exchange server. but what about the naming convention, does the proxy server for the exchange server needs to be the same as the real exchange server.
anybody here willing to share the step by step procedure on how to do this just to fullfill the restoring of public folder will be much appreciated.
