TS3500 - new Cartridges - audit/checkin

Hi,
I have TSM 6.2.3.100 on AIX 6.1. TS3500 library has ALMS and virtual IO enable.
I insert 20 new cartridges into TS3500 that automatically assign to my virtual library.

In TSM then all drives are empty (no mount) and did commands:

audit library 3584LTO4 checklabel=barcode
Checkin libvolume 3584LTO4 search=yes status=scratch

But TSM didn't find any new volume ( i have read actlog and i search with "q libv" )

Why tsm don't recognize new cartridge ? And Why audit need that no volume has mount?

No request is present.

This is the actlog:

The last one needs a reply to a request.
