Media Error of TSM during backup

Dear All

During backup schedule running, the read write error occurs and then the tape has been marked as bad tape.
But something interesting.
Bad tape list
Day1 A B C
Day2 D C E
Day3 E H G

The list of bad tape changed everyday.

And after audit library command, the mark of bad tape disappeared(but these tapes are still in library).
Appears again after backup ran.
It seems not like tapes' problem.

Dose anyone met the problem before?
