Tsm server crash :anr9999d

Hi folks,
I'm running tsm 6.2 on windows , recently I see tsm crashes with below error from the application log.

TSM Server Diagnostic: ANR9999D: ADSM Exception Information: file = pkthread.c, line = 3092,Code = c0000005, Address = 101A2B84
Attempt to read data at address c4~


any help would be helpful.

all drives were in use , the bkup were started & db backup was also running .I see a msg like preempted by higher priority operation.

backups failed bcoz of that & also
