AIX/HP-UX/Solaris Candidate

Description:I need 2 x UNIX resources candidates that can handle the items below.
Combination of AIX/HP-UX or AIX/Solaris will also work
We need candidates ASAP
one is in the planning to have the UNIX resource be able to do the planning for migration tasks (stopping services, shutting down, exporting importing databases, etc.), tools (installation and removal), and system configurations. Two, is the support for the systems on an ongoing basis once they are moved. Would have to have very strong system administrator skills, EMC experience, and preferably migration and cluster experience. Would like someone strong with AIX, and some experience with HP-UX, and Sun Solaris would be nice.
