ACSLS Library Issue

Hi All,

We are using stk8500 which is controled by acsls. whenever we are loading tape CAP is getting locked after scaning. its not coming as unlocked.

CAP Mode is automatic. We are facing this issue past one week. Can you please someone assist how we can fix it ??
