No Backup Snapshot available for Mount Restore

I have backed up a VM on ESX5i using TSM BA Client v.6.3 but when I try and mount the backup for restore using TSMfor VE v.6.2 I cannot see any shapshot available.

I can connect to the TSM Server.
I can select the VM.
But it will not display a snapshot date which will then allow me to select my disk for mounting.

The VM Full backup is good because I can restore it to a new VM using the BA client.

Any Ideas?

You may be having a version conflict. Since your backup was done with a 6.3 client, it's possible that the 6.2 mount cannot read the backup. Can you upgrade your TSM for VE to a 6.3 version?
