Exchange database archiving Schedule keeps failing!!! Help Appreciated

Hi All
I created a monthly schedule to archive an exchange storage group using TDP for Exchange which is currently failing and I raised an issue about this with IBM and I was sent the link below .

I have tried to follow their work around and it is still failing and I would appreciate any assistance from the forum members.
Our setup details are as follows
TSM Server 5.5 Windows Server 2003 Ent
Exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2008r2
The DAILY schedule daily backups run ok with 30 day retention policy

The document which IBM provided is exactly what I would do. Do you have any error messages which you can post?

what version is your TSM SERVER (TSM 5.5)

what version is your TDP Exchange client ((TDP Exchange 6.3 or later)

I think there are not compatibility with the mix of version
