Instalation TSM Monitoring - configuration DB2 failed

Hallo,
I have a problem with installation TSM Reporting and Monitoring 6.3.1 on Linux RH 6.3:

ERROR: 08/03/2012 17:32:29     0   0   SQL1042C  An unexpected system error occurred.
SQL1032N  No start database manager command was issued.  SQLSTATE=57019

ERROR: An error occurred while trying to start the "db2inst1" instance. The
return code is "4" and the SQL Message is:   "PROCESS_ERROR"

ERROR: An error occurred while configuring the instance "db2inst1".

Configuring DB2 instances :.......Failure 
Registering DB2 Update Service :.......Success 
Updating global profile registry :.......Success 
WARNING: A minor error occurred while installing "DB2 Enterprise Server Edition
" on this computer. Some features may not function correctly.

The server (Virtual server on VMWare) is new instalation Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.3
The Prereqcheck passed without errors.

The instalations log file is in the attachment.

RHEL 6 is currently not supported with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Reporting and Monitoring V6.3.
