Just setup multiple data mover nodes. The following article might help you:

You just need to define the proxy/agent reletationship for DC and INFRA01/00 nodes.
Please describe that you want to do in detail.

Use revoke proxynode to revoke a releationship. Use grant proxynode to define a new releationshit. Sorry, but I do not see your point.

Hi drive chip,
yes this is my point
i can't explain myself correctly. sorry about my english
so;
1) revoke proxynode target=VC1_DC1 agent=VC1_VCLI1,VC1_DC1_DM1
2) grant proxynode target=VC1_DC1 agent=VC1_VCLI1,VC1_DC1_DM1,INTRA01_01, INTRA00_01
is this correct? i added "INTRA01_01, INTRA00_01" nodes. Right?
thank you.

As you don't want to remove any proxy releationship you can just run command 2). TSM will notify you that some agents are already granted and will add the addional agents.
