Client error: "Unknown Data Format"
We need to restore more than 100 files from a Windows-Server. In half of the files we get the error Message "NS4020E The data format for object '\\path\filename' is unknown. This usually occurs when the file was backed up or archived by a later version of TSM."
The files are backuped with TSM-Client Version 6.2.1.3. We have found the following APAR and try to solve the problem, without success:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docvie...id=swg1IC64863
Then we have found the following solution, but it doesn't work too (we have installed the TSM 6.2.2 Client):
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docvie...id=swg21420321
Has anyone an idea to solve this problem ?

Problem solved: We need to update the client to Version 6.3.0.0 (major update).
