TSM down alert
Hello friends,
I want to configure alert for TSM application down into Tivoli monitoring, can you please help in how to do this. I am new to this forum. How can I get alert from Tivoli TEC when TSM is down?

There are built in tools on TEC for monitoring TSM servers.
I don't particularly know the details on the TEC side but on the TSM server side, TEC monitors it through a port which is set as a parameter on the dsmserv.opt file.Ed
