Restore Exchange 2010 mailbox - error

Hi, I'm trying to restore an individual mailbox in the config below. It restores the DB as expected but is unable to restore
the mailbox.

Any ideas would be welcome. thanks Rob

You should execute mailbox restore logged to windows as an Exchange administrator. Is this your case?
Where are you restoring mailbox to? (original location, alternative mailbox, pst file)

Hi Mita, I am logged in as an administrator and am restoring to an alternative mailbox. IBM have advised upgrading to 6.3.0.2 to resolve this problem as per: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docvie...id=swg1IC79770. I will advise whther this works tomorrow. thanks Rob

Problem sorted with 6.3.0.2 patch. Also hade to install 32-bit Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 - only had 64 bit on the server. Even though its a Window 64 server.
