How backup vmware exclude power off guest

how to backup all guest in vmware by TSMVE
exclude power off guest.

One way is to list all guest VMs and the ones that needs to be excluded has a minus (-) sign before it.

but this way is not flexible for scheduler, when some guest have power off after configure option file it's still backup.

i want to backup only power on guest.
