Cant See Library Volume

hi
we have just added more drives to our TSM solution. To access the new drives we had to delete the old and the TSM library and re add.
every has added back fine but i can not audit the library get the follwoing error

Check fc zoning.
Can you see all the devices from yours os? (ls /dev/*tapestuff*
Did the library serial number change?
Is reboot tsm server a possibility?

Does the output from:
q path f=d
q library f=d
q drive f=d

give you a clue about anything wrong?

Any strange things in actlog when drives/paths/library was defined?

If you can supply us with some outputs, it may be easier to help you out.

Do you run a library manager and library clients?

This does not make sense to me. Both libty=scsi and primary librarmanager. I think you can skip 'PRIMARYLIBMANAGER=TAG_TSM1'

There is no path to drive11 and drive12

Do you get errors when defining paths?
What command do you use?
Check fileaccess on device files. They need to be read/writeable by tsm server account. typically only root is allowed to write.

yes the last two drives error when trying to define path, these are drives that have been moved in the library

the 3500507630f0f6c11-IBMtape is a worldwide name thats linked to the active dev in /dev.

seems if you delete a library you must checkin in all the scratch the private tapes manually first.
A audit of the library does not pick them up
