TSM VE on VCenter?

I am working with a small VMWare shop...4 ESX Servers with around 20 total VM "Guests".

They want me to install the TSM for VE on their Vcenter server at is a very powerful Win2k8 server with very little ever going on.

My question(s)...is intalling TSM for VE on the vCenter box supported; is it a good/bad idea given the small environment?

Which component(s) of TSM4VE would you like to install on the vCenter? Please verify system requirements and consultate user guide.
