I am looking to hire a Senior Systems Engineer/Storage Architect in Houston. We are a Premier IBM Business partner based here, with a very strong storage practice. Excellent Pay and Benefits. Knowledge of IBM Storage products and TSM a definite plus. Here is what I am looking for:

Sr. Systems Engineer Storage Architect
Expert skills in storage architecture and products (disk, tape, SAN, Virtualization, management, DR), preferably IBM
Ability to analyze current storage environments, re-engineer or make best practices recommendations
Expert knowledge of backup/recovery, preferably TSM
Polished presence in front of customers and groups
Able to implement solutions start to finish by self
Able to manage projects and delegate to other engineers
Excellent documentation skills
Good knowledge of systems that interact with storage like servers, network, etc
