Hi This is my first time installing a TSM server (it is installed for evaluation purposes)

I get the above error when i try to start my TSM server (./dsmserv) on my Linux installation after I edited dsmserv.opt file

Can any one help me solving this missing file issue?

First question - does dsmserv.dsk exist in the server directory (defaults to /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin)? If so, try using the original default dsmserv.opt and see if it comes up. If not, create one that points to where your database and recovery log files are (defaults same as above).
