I am new to netbackup and have a question regarding vm setup.

USING Netbackup 7.0 can I set up both Incremental and Full backups for vm machines VMware vSTORAGE API or do I have to use the VCB for file-level backups? I would like to use the vSTORAGE API but if we do can we restore file level backups? If so how?

From what I have read (and I may have missed something) if you want to restore individual files you have to use VCB?

Note: The Incremental will be nightly the FULL backups will only be on Friday can I set it up like that

The VM machines we have are Windows
