Symantec Backup Exec; ESX 4.x; Backup 2 Tape

Hi toghether;

hope someone can help me:
Our customer has an ESX host with W2k8 Guests, he wants to hve a Backup-2-Tape Solution.
So we are seaching for a NAS-Tapedrive " Network attached Tapedrive (ca 200 GB sto save)"
Does anyone know a producer for such a device?

Nas is not sequential device in contrast to tapedrive.
I believe that your customer can use any backup software that can work with tape drives and has agent for vmware.
