Problem backing up mounted folders on NAS from Linux server
We've got an RHES 6 attached to a ReadyNAS 4200 running TSM BA 622. I can backup the mounted folders with no issue using the GUI but when I try a scheduled backup, the local data backs up but the mounted folders do not. I get the following errors for each mount:
04/29/2011 10:15:59 ANS1228E Sending of object '/mnt/media' failed
04/29/2011 10:15:59 ANS4021E Error processing '/mnt/media': file system not ready
04/29/2011 10:16:00 ANS1802E Incremental backup of '/mnt/media' finished with 1 failure
I've seen other posts with the same issue but no resolutions other then downgrading. As the server is running RHES 6, IBM states that I need TSM 622. Will 6211 run on RHES 6? (Kernel is 2.6.32-71 - as displayed by TSM)
Thanks,
John
