TSM Sizing Tools
Has anyone seen a tool that would allow me to put in the parameters of my expected TSM environment and have it tell me what processor, RAM, and disk size I should have?

I've not seen a tool doing that however I have seen a redbook guide (version 5.x) http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg247379.html
It changed from TSM 5.x to 6.x but basically you need to know how many files and folders you want to back up and multiply it by x.
