Suspended exports
If I have a lot of OLD exports is in "suspended mode" - will this have any effect on server performance?
Where does TSM save the information about exports in suspended mode?
Is it in the database? Should I cancel those exports or will they not have any influence on my system at all.

Good question. I wouldn't think it would affect the performance of the server. The export state is probably stored in some unlisted table, but as long as the DB has space available there would be no impact. I believe, however, that if too much time transpires then the export would have a lot of old versions and expired data within it. If it's been weeks/months you might consider rerunning them.
