    Question Tape Library Error Unknown

    Hi everybody, i have a 3573 L4U Tape Library, and im receiving an email error but ive already looked for it in the internet but nothing shows.
    This is the error im receiving.

     Device : <XXXXXXXXXXX.XXX.XXX>
    Error : B4 40 15
    Description : Transp. Failed
    This message was generated automatically from
    IBM 3573-TL

    Does anyone have idea how to solve it?

    Call IBM CE - looks like a hardware failure.
