how to specify generic drive (*) in object for a scheduled archive (target windows cl
I'm trying to define a schedule to archive a specific folder on windows clients
I know the folder/directory name ( tsm_archive ) but it can be on any drive on the windows client
So I would like my object in the schedule to be something like
....
action archive
options -subdir=yes -deletefiles
object *:\tsm_archive\
.....
it fails saying that the object cannot be generic !!!
Is there a way to replace the '*' by a variable that would be accepted and understood by the client ( I want to say any local drive )
ThanksEric
