How to Configure the IBM TS3200 tape library with NB 6.5

Hello Every one,

I want to configure the Tape library of IBM TS3200 with Netbackup 6.5 can any one help me out, how i can configure it, if any one tell me the procedure step by step that would be nice.

Hi Fahad,

To start out with you can get the device drivers which is compatible with the OS.Get the OS to discover the devices, medium changer and the tape drive.

Hi Fahad,

To start out with you can get the device drivers loaded on the server to which you intend to run the backups.Is the library attached via SCSI or fibre.You would need the OS to see the medium changer and drives first before you make use of netbackup to take control of the library.
