I read post Out of memory conditions
and I want to ask you for help

I write about situation in our company
We have a TSM and everything was all right by someday we have distaster and hardware failure
so we set up now machine and restore file from the TSM server
Restoring was OK
On the new machine we have debian etch,
Client Version 5, Release 3, Level 2.2
and
TSM server in Version 5, Release 3, Level 3.1

On new machine we have 2 schedules
h_day and h_day_afs_structure

and ind dsmerror.log we have

the first schedules is ok and a second not
the next day command
ps ax | grep dsm
return
26868 ? Sl 0:00 ./dsmcad
16930 pts/3 S+ 0:00 grep dsm
so dsmc isn't running
can anyone help and give me some suggestion ??

Have you resolved this problem...??? I am also facing the same issue...

if I remember I add more physical RAM to machine and problem was solved

So you mean to say it's purely the Server out of memory condition..?? Or is there any other reason for the backup to be severed?
