They intend to use Avamar to backup vmware machines and file servers, both were migrated from TSM Server to Avamar.
After one year we have to move back file servers...

Don't forget to use the relabelscratch option=yes, to release the space from tapes on DD.
Generally upgrades from data domain are done by EMC team, we never did a backout of DD os upgrade, we have done 2 upgrades till now.
I have problems with:

We found the problem. During the restore, Avamar (and also BA Client - TSM), recall the dir files.
Recall was done by "Virus Scan on access" - Antivirus Software
Does anybody have Avamar and HSM on the same environment?
Avamar can backup and restore a stub file with recall it?
