I concur with rallingham on checking the path, and restarting the library. You may have to delete and re-create the paths. I've also had to in the past restart each drive via the tape library

You'd want to crossdefine the tsm servers to each other. I'm pretty sure you need to be logged in to both systems with the same account name and same password. Run the same on each server
