I finally got TSM working on my DR site, took me 2 days to get it up, wow not a lot of fun that is for sure. It was a host of multiple issues, I finally got client restores going =)

I finally got that part...and able to restore the DB, I had to do it manually like you said.

Unfortunately still having tons of issues, it looks like the volumes in the DR script...

That worked, there was a backupset from 2008, definitely do not need that anymore. I deleted it and now able to remove the node.
