again if you are using v6.1.x it should be owned by the instance not by the root. your raw logical volume is currently owned by root. after changing the owner you have to restart your tsm.

you can do the ff on the fly:


1. backup the tsm db to free up the tsm log
2. create new log volumes to f:\tsmdata
3. delete the old log volumes using the "delete logvolume" command.
4. then...

use the "instfix" command to determine the filesets that needs to be upgraded so you can go back to the original oslevel. the downgrade happens because of the tsm upgrade filesets that you did.
