Seems like I found the problem.
I changed the ulimit to unlimited for PROD and the two other instance users.

Still reporting the same error, only the /tsm6db001 increased a little bit:
/home/tsm usage didn't increase at all.

Yes, that link was the first place I went to have a look at the tsm supported os's. Didn't know you can import a 188.8.131.52 db into 6.2, that makes matters so much easier! Thanks moon-buddy
