by that way you have a backup all the changes done before 12:00.

A full db backup should truncate your Logs...

You have a easier way to do it via the gui,
go to "File tab" then "choose "Logon"
you got a pop up, choose another node as nodename

to see exactly all the version and with the pick option you can choose the file you want to restore

to be more clear on that
i recommend to set a name like "servera-to-serverb" for your node

with that way you will properly the direction of your data movments

are you using OFS or VSS,
I'll recommend you to use VSS to backup open file

add these line on your dsm.opt file, of course restart your scheduler
SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS VSS
SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE VSS

Kool, so you can know ay to yourself backups can save not life, but lots of time & trouble

are your tcpclientaddresse right configured on you node infos on your server?

if your are talking about a real DR of the machine it an work,
unless your dbvol, reclogvol and stgpoolvols was not destoyed

In TSm there is no nativecommand to do it,

but the "mounts" information are store in the db
