So you mean to create a new node like TSMDR which does the DR backup and node TSM does the regular backup. ?

Thx for jumping in. After a little bit digging i found the following for the TSM 5.4 client. Might also correct for the TSM 5.3 client.
BTW: UID and GID did not changed, only the ctime.
